October 22, the Heads of CMC ASU – A.Raigorodskiy, A. Savvatteev, D.Mamiy – gathered together with the seniors of the Republic of Adygea and their parents for a meeting “Where to Study?”. This gathering was not coincidental – it’s the prime time when future university applicants think about their higher education. Our competent CMC team is ready to help school students to make their decision.

A.Raigorodsky is the Director of the Physics and Applied Mathematics and Informatics School, Head of the Discrete Mathematics Department of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Head of the Laboratory of Advanced Combinatorics and Network Applications at MIPT, and thus knows everything about MIPT. А.Savvateev is the Rector of the University of Dmitry Pozharsky, Professor at MIPT, Leading Researcher of the New Economic School, Senior Researcher of the Laboratory of Mathematical Economics of the CEMI RAS, and thus his knowledge of higher education is not limited by the experience of working at only one university. D. Mamiy is the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Adyghe State University and Director of the Regional School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, thus, he can answer any question related to Math education of Adygea and Russia.

During the meeting, all guests learned about CMC projects and programs in which the students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Adyghe State University can participate. School children and their parents had an opportunity to ask questions about the admissions process. In particular, they discussed the application process at MIPT, different pluses and minuses of studying at Moscow universities, places to get quality Math and Economics education, etc.

The meeting went successfully, and school children and their parents got answers to their questions.
