On November 10, Caucasus Mathematical Center and Regional School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics organized Math Festival in Takhtamukai region of the Republic of Adygea. Students from Grades 5-11 were invited to participate in the event that took place in the Education center “New Adygea”.

The festival program included the presentation of the Caucasus Mathematical Center and Regional School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and 14 interactive stations. School children could watch science movies in the mathematical cinema, listen to the lectures about network security, fractals, neural networks, astronomy, and informatics state exam. Also, students could try to solve puzzles, put together non-periodic parquet, find the solution for a no-left-turn maze, and check their knowledge in mathematical battles and games.

School children who showed the best results were awarded books during the closing ceremony. Also, the Caucasus Mathematical Center and Fond “Trajectory” brought books to the school library.
