Results of VI Caucasus mathematical olympiad

Today the Assembly Hall of Adyghe State University held the Closing Ceremony of the Olympiad. More than 160 students participated in the Olympiad to win the title of the best mathematician. Not only Russian students participated this year, but also students from Bulgaria, Sweden, Peru, Turkey, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Uzbekistan and many more.

True to its motto “Caucasus without borders!” the 6th Caucasus Mathematical Olympiad brought together 15 countries and 16 regions of Russia in total.

The Olympiad was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Adygea, Adyghe State University, Caucasus Mathematical Center at Adyghe State University and the Republican Science and Mathematics School.

The annual math celebration would not be as festive without the help from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Adygea and our trustworthy partner – the ITV Company that provided the participants with nice prizes.

Tree of knowledge is the main symbol of Caucasus mathematical olympiad
